New Years Eve Catering

Take the planning out of your New Years gathering with a selection of easy “grab’n’go” nibbles from across our menus. Design your own menu, all selections available by the box.

Due to New Years Eve falling on a weekend, we are unable to provide specific delivery times. Please allow a window for delivery.

Delivery Times: Sunday 31st December, 10-4pm to Central Sunshine Coast Region.
A flat-rate $15 delivery fee applies for all deliveries to the Central Sunshine Coast.
For areas outside this catchment, delivery is available after 4pm (an additional delivery fee will be quoted).

Collection Times: Sunday 31st December, 12-6pm from Palmwoods 4555.

~ All Boxes are designed to be the heating & serving vessel, eliminating some washing up on New Years Day.
~ Heating cards are provided (based on fan-forced oven heating) with dietary information.
~ Please feel free to order by the box or take advantage of our package options (delivery fees apply)

Xmas Catering

Just a reminder: Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday this year. Traffic will be heavy and the Sunshine Coast is a big place. We will be limiting our delivery areas and delivery spots, and encourage where possible to collect. If you are getting delivery, please make sure in advance you have plenty of fridge space.

Main Course Boxes

Each box contains a medium sized serve for 5 guests

OP-Rib Roast $150
Wholegrain mustard, sour-dough herb crust, confit garlic lemon butter, heirloom tomato chutney, colcannon potato (GF available)
Bone-in Rib Fillet, kept whole and ready for carving. Basted in garlic butter until medium rare. Colcannon potato mash with rendered pancetta, sugarloaf cabbage, confit garlic & leek. GF Crumb available on request.

Scandi Box $150
Applewood Hot Smoked Salmon, German crushed chat potato salad, dill cream fraiche, Fermentier’s beetroot sauerkraut, pickled red onion & cucumber relish (GF)
Served hot or cold our own inhouse cured salmon is hot smoked to medium, basted with maple and accompanied with a deconstructed array of Scandinavian style sides.

Pork Loin Roast $130
Quince & Sage Roasted Loin of Pork, sweet potato crush, candied streaky bacon, chilli pineapple chutney (GF)
Sweet, salty, juicy, a bit spicy…..Portioned for easy serving, plenty of acid punch from the chutney.

Un-Traditional Lamb Shoulder $130
Rose Harissa Spiced Boneless Lamb Shoulder, butternut pumpkin & rosemary terrine, roasted cherry compote (GF)
Rubbed with a punchy spice paste, full of aromatics, and paired with the natural sweetness of pumpkin and cherries.

Stuffed Turkey $140
Butter Poached Kiev Breast, prune, oregano, lemon, Burghal stuffing. Creamed cauliflower bake with Persian fetta
Full breast of turkey, basted with parsley butter, Greek inspired flavours in the stuffing and lots of subtlety. Sorry can’t be GF.
