Thistle in the Woods was highly recommended to us so we didn’t hesitate to choose them for catering our stand up cocktail style wedding. We chose a rotating canapés service which there was plenty of. Each dish was amazing, our guests have been still complimenting the food weeks after the wedding. Nick was lovely from the very first meet and greet and ensured everything ran smoothly on the night, including looking after our cake and bringing it out for us when we were ready. The food was divine, fresh, in house made (no heating of mass produced frozen items) delicious and it kept coming all night. Fantastic food, great service and lovely people. We had a dinner party at home and the menu was amazing. went for a combo of duck rolls to start (OMG), beef and lamb mains, cheese platter and of course the boozy cupcakes.
Nick delivered the food to our home, walked us through everything, even checking our oven temp. Thistle in the Woods really made our milestone celebration easy and amazing!
