  we use TITW for client gifts and also personal and corporate celebrations and events and they are absolutely incredible to deal with! nothing is ever too much to ask, they spoil us with extras and the food is next level amazing!! I wouldn't use any other catering service in our local Nambour area after working with Nick & Sam!

  I had cupcakes delivered to a friend for her birthday. They arrived on time and in a lovely package with a card. They looked and tasted delicious 😋 Nick was super helpful and lovely to communicate with. Would recommend to anyone!! Thank you again 🙏🏻

  Thistle in the Woods provided the most incredible service at a special event we recently hosted at our home for 100 people. The time and effort Nick and Sam dedicated to planning our dream menu with us, was second to none. Thistle in the Woods’ catering staff attended the night and their service was of the highest standard. They greeted all our guests with warmth and cheer. The standard of the food they served was exceptional and all our guests commented on how delicious everything tasted. We highly recommend this family owned business for any function, because there is no doubt Nick and Sam will tailor it to your needs and exceed all your expectations.

  Thistle in the Woods recently catered for our 30th wedding anniversary in Brisbane. I can not recommend this business highly enough…Nick and Sam were always prompt in responding to any questions and provided reassuring guidance in planning how for the event. And then there was the food..it was magnificent in both quality and abundance! So much so, that I plan to have them cater for every event I have in the future. I’m still unsure as to how they can provide such extraordinary quality and range of food, beautifully presented and able to be heated and served as a gourmet restaurant meal from my humble kitchen. I am looking forward to my Christmas feast for the first time this year, safe in the knowledge that Nick and Sam are preparing it! Thank you again for such a brilliant meal!

  We used Thistle in the Woods over the weekend for the entertainment package (self catering). They were so easy to deal with from ordering to drop off of food. The food was presented beautifully and any heating required was so easy, it didn't take us away from our party. So many comments on the tasty food...you could tell it was high quality. Thanks so much!

  I was very happy with the chocolate fudge cake I ordered for my son’s 21st. With caramel drip and the beautiful toppings including toffee and macarons - it looked and tasted amazing. I will definitely use Thistle in the Woods again for future cakes and catering.

  Thistle in the Woods, your team provided the most delicious grazing platter and mini burgers for my husband and I, while we spent a few nights away ( kid free ). I must thank you for going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, from the first email, through to delivery - straight into the fridge at our Airbnb cottage, the whole process was hassle free. These small touches allowed my husband and I to nibble our way through our stay, without having to think about preparing meals. Your passion for food really shows in the fresh ingredients you use, the creative combinations on the menu and the presentation of your dishes. Everything provided was of the highest quality possible. Tasting some of the local produce in our platters was the “ icing on the cake “ so to speak ! I can not recommend you guys highly enough !
