Thistle in the Woods

  We had Thistle in the Woods provide food for our Mum’s funeral today. The food was delicious, well presented, and a great variety. I want to thank you for the care you put into preparation, delivery, and presentation. It took a huge burden off us on the day we said our last farewell to Mum and the depth of our appreciation is immeasurable.

  Thistle in the Woods, your team provided the most delicious grazing platter and mini burgers for my husband and I, while we spent a few nights away ( kid free ). I must thank you for going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, from the first email, through to delivery - straight into the fridge at our Airbnb cottage, the whole process was hassle free. These small touches allowed my husband and I to nibble our way through our stay, without having to think about preparing meals. Your passion for food really shows in the fresh ingredients you use, the creative combinations on the menu and the presentation of your dishes. Everything provided was of the highest quality possible. Tasting some of the local produce in our platters was the “ icing on the cake “ so to speak ! I can not recommend you guys highly enough !

  I would 100% recommend Thistle in the woods for your catering needs! I recently hosted a hens weekend on the Sunshine Coast hinterland and was going to have to do all the cooking/ catering until I found them. They saved me so much time/effort and stress so I could actually enjoy the weekend as well. We had the most delicious canapés and sweets box for a picnic and then catered breakfast the next morning. Nick and Sam responded incredibly quickly and helped me with all my enquiries. They delivered on time, walked me through how to prepare everything and got the oven ready in the airbnb we had. They were also incredibly well priced for the food and service they provide!

  Thank you for creating such a wonderful end of year gathering for our teachers. Nothing was to much trouble even with our complex needs! The food was fabulous. I would highly recommend this great business.

Sam and Nick were absolutely amazing—so genuine and lovely to work with. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect, from being excellent communicators throughout the planning process to tailoring our menu to suit dietary requirements. On the day, the entire team was incredibly friendly and professional. They left our property spotless, which we truly appreciated.
