Please find outlined below our standard Terms & Conditions relative to our Catering services.

We are a family business. If you have any questions or concerns about any of our service, or quotes / invoices please contact us immediately.

Our quotes are our contracts. We ask that you reply with your acceptance of any quotes via email. Quotes are valid for 30 days or until a deposit is paid.

Drop off catering / cake orders - please ensure PAYMENT IN FULL prior to delivery.

Staffed events / orders over $1,000. Please discuss any payment issues with us. We are happy for payment plans for larger events. We require 50% payment prior to the event, with the balance within 7 days of the event.

Your feedback is our improvement model. Please help us to make our service better by providing your constructive feedback. If you've loved our service (you will!), then please post a positive review on either our Facebook or Google profiles.

Things happen. We try to wait til the last minute before preparing your order. If a cancellation takes place less than 3 days from the event / delivery date we will unfortunately need to recover some costs, or proceed with your order in some capacity. Let's cross that bridge then.
