The amazing team from Thistle in the Woods created a perfect long lunch for my birthday.
It was rather last minute (COVID cancelled my plans for an offshore celebration), but Nick and Sam just couldn’t do enough to ensure the day was everything I hoped for, and more!
The food was superb, the service was effortless, our many and varied dietary requirements were not an issue, and when they left you wouldn’t even know they had been - the kitchen was cleaner than when they arrived!!!
Thank you Nick, Sam and the whole team for making my birthday truly special - I will definitely avail of your services again xx

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary recently n had Nick n Sam cater on site for us.
Nick was incredible on how he thought of everything n took care of everything so I didn’t have to do a thing. He organised chairs, tables etc as well as cooking the most delicious food.
Their service is next to none and we recommend that everyone should use Thistle in the Woods for their next event.

Fantastic food, great service and lovely people. We had a dinner party at home and the menu was amazing. went for a combo of duck rolls to start (OMG), beef and lamb mains, cheese platter and of course the boozy cupcakes.
Nick delivered the food to our home, walked us through everything, even checking our oven temp. Thistle in the Woods really made our milestone celebration easy and amazing!

Nick and Sam catered our combined 50th celebration and both the service and the food were outstanding. The food was out of this world good - and the flexibility with dietary requirements was hugely appreciated. Nick was so easy to work with when it came to organising it all and I would definitely recommend them for your function. We had a wonderful night and can’t wait to do it again.
