Fantastic food, great service and lovely people. We had a dinner party at home and the menu was amazing. went for a combo of duck rolls to start (OMG), beef and lamb mains, cheese platter and of course the boozy cupcakes.
Nick delivered the food to our home, walked us through everything, even checking our oven temp. Thistle in the Woods really made our milestone celebration easy and amazing!

I was so happy to have organised Thistle in the Woods to cater for my 50th birthday celebration. The whole process was so easy, from deciding on the menu through to the delivery. The presentation was fabulous, but also the food was just divine!

Thistle in the Woods recently catered for our 30th wedding anniversary in Brisbane.
I can not recommend this business highly enoughâŠNick and Sam were always prompt in responding to any questions and provided reassuring guidance in planning how for the event.
And then there was the food..it was magnificent in both quality and abundance! So much so, that I plan to have them cater for every event I have in the future.
Iâm still unsure as to how they can provide such extraordinary quality and range of food, beautifully presented and able to be heated and served as a gourmet restaurant meal from my humble kitchen.
I am looking forward to my Christmas feast for the first time this year, safe in the knowledge that Nick and Sam are preparing it!

Wow!!!! Today I had a gathering for 20 and Nick came and catered for us - we are all wedding suppliers. We were all salivating and so full be the time Nick departed. The food was sensational!!! They met the budget, provided amazing menus to choose from, communication prior was on point and the food...... soooo good!! As a wedding planner I am often asked for recommendations for catering for their wedding. I wouldnât hesitate to recommend Nick and Sam after dealing with them in the lead up and now having had an entire meal from them. I have also had the pleasure of working with Nick on site for a wedding photo shoot and again his communication was great and he met the brief for the shoot. Thistle in the Woods was highly recommended to us so we didnât hesitate to choose them for catering our stand up cocktail style wedding. We chose a rotating canapĂ©s service which there was plenty of. Each dish was amazing, our guests have been still complimenting the food weeks after the wedding. Nick was lovely from the very first meet and greet and ensured everything ran smoothly on the night, including looking after our cake and bringing it out for us when we were ready.
