Thistle in the Woods provided the most incredible service at a special event we recently hosted at our home for 100 people. The time and effort Nick and Sam dedicated to planning our dream menu with us, was second to none. Thistle in the Woods’ catering staff attended the night and their service was of the highest standard. They greeted all our guests with warmth and cheer. The standard of the food they served was exceptional and all our guests commented on how delicious everything tasted. Fantastic food, great service and lovely people. We had a dinner party at home and the menu was amazing. went for a combo of duck rolls to start (OMG), beef and lamb mains, cheese platter and of course the boozy cupcakes.
Nick delivered the food to our home, walked us through everything, even checking our oven temp. Thistle in the Woods really made our milestone celebration easy and amazing!

Nick and Sam catered our combined 50th celebration and both the service and the food were outstanding. The food was out of this world good - and the flexibility with dietary requirements was hugely appreciated. Nick was so easy to work with when it came to organising it all and I would definitely recommend them for your function. We had a wonderful night and can’t wait to do it again. I was so happy to have organised Thistle in the Woods to cater for my 50th birthday celebration. The whole process was so easy, from deciding on the menu through to the delivery. The presentation was fabulous, but also the food was just divine!

I would 100% recommend Thistle in the woods for your catering needs! I recently hosted a hens weekend on the Sunshine Coast hinterland and was going to have to do all the cooking/ catering until I found them. They saved me so much time/effort and stress so I could actually enjoy the weekend as well.
We had the most delicious canapés and sweets box for a picnic and then catered breakfast the next morning.
Nick and Sam responded incredibly quickly and helped me with all my enquiries. They delivered on time, walked me through how to prepare everything and got the oven ready in the airbnb we had.
They were also incredibly well priced for the food and service they provide!
