The Thistle Experience!

Would highly recommend! The food ordered (from the entertainers packages) was to celebrate our small wedding with our guests. We were all amazed by presentation and how good the food tasted. Nick was great, when he dropped the food off he took the time to explain what each box of food was and what needed to be heated. We are glad we choose Thistle in the woods.

We used Thistle in the Woods over the weekend for the entertainment package (self catering). They were so easy to deal with from ordering to drop off of food. The food was presented beautifully and any heating required was so easy, it didn't take us away from our party. So many comments on the tasty food...you could tell it was high quality. Thistle in the Woods provided the most incredible service at a special event we recently hosted at our home for 100 people. The time and effort Nick and Sam dedicated to planning our dream menu with us, was second to none. Thistle in the Woods’ catering staff attended the night and their service was of the highest standard. They greeted all our guests with warmth and cheer. How did Thistle in the Woods come about?

The Scotch Thistle, which adorns our inherited house name plate “Cadzow”, is our emblem, incidentally located in Palmwoods, Sunshine Coast, QLD (the “Woods”)

The concept for our business is born from two chefs who were ready to explore their own food styles, and inject their personalities into the business.

And being blessed with so many innovative small producers of exceptional products and services on the Sunshine Coast, showcasing these is one of our passions!
